1. The service
Audyt Digital is a multi-client SEO delivery platform operated by Aderatis. By accessing or using it you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is role-based; invited users may only access the clients they are granted. Do not attempt to access data you have not been granted.
3. Connected Google data
Where you connect Google Analytics or Search Console, you confirm you are authorised to grant that access. Audyt uses it only to provide the analytics features and in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
5. Availability and warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that automated SEO output is error free; you remain responsible for reviewing work before it is published.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aderatis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
