Who we are

Audyt Digital ("Audyt", "we", "us") is a multi-client SEO delivery platform operated by Aderatis. This policy explains what data the platform handles and how. Contact: info@audyt.digital.

Information we collect

  • Account data - name, email and a hashed password for people who sign in (operators, managers and invited clients).
  • Client and project data you enter - domains, business details, audits, content, tasks, keywords, inbox items and related notes.
  • Google account data - if you connect Google, we receive read-only access to the Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console properties you authorise, plus the email of the connecting Google account.
  • Operational data - job/worker logs and timestamps needed to run the service.

How we use Google user data

When you connect Google, Audyt requests the read-only scopes analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly. We use this access solely to fetch and display that client's Analytics and Search Console metrics (sessions, conversions, clicks, impressions, position, top queries) inside the platform to the people who already have access to that client.

Audyt Digital's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the feature you requested, and we do not allow humans to read it except where required for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

How data is stored and shared

Data is stored in our hosted PostgreSQL database. Google OAuth tokens are stored server-side only and are never returned to the browser. Access is scoped by role: a person only sees clients they own or have been invited to. We do not sell data. Sub-processors are limited to our infrastructure and email providers (hosting, database and transactional email).

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Google for any client at any time from that client's Analytics tab, which deletes the stored tokens immediately. Account or client data is removed on request to info@audyt.digital. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.

Your choices

You can revoke Audyt's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account permissions. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
